At Twelve South, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your new accessory, you can return your item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original retail packaging, including all manuals and cables, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
